Children, Now What?

This is an area I have no knowledge about. I was fortunate enough to have NOT had children with my ex, and therefore I am able to practice N.C.E.A. much easier. (YAY!) But there are those who are still bound, providing their ex is actually practicing their parental rights, by the children. If you have had or are having such an experience, please post below any helpful tips that might give someone help in navigating thru the mess of the court and legal system, emotional blackmail, the childrens confusion and anything else you might feel worthy of mentioning.
